Skyhouse Channelside, a 23-story apartment tower near the University of South Florida's new downtown medical school, has been sold. A San Diego firm has picked up a Tampa apartment property for more than $65 million. ConAm 2017 Multifamily Opportunity Fund paid $65.75 for Audubon Village, a 477-unit apartment development at 5830 Memorial Highway in the Rocky Point area.
